Yoga Bootcamp Drop-in


Create a supple and strong body this summer!! These classes will incorporate body-weight resistance training, intense cardio bursts, and integrated mobility work. Invoking a host of physical benefits, including functional strength, joint stabilization, balance, agility, and coordination. Expect a skillful and sweaty exploration of total body strength and flexibility via a harmonious blend of dynamic movements and static positions.
