Changes at Repose
If we are going to keep things as they are
some things will have to change.
This was a favorite quote of my mother’s, who passed away just as I was opening Repose in 2009. She even engraved the quote on her front sidewalk!
The change I am excited to share is that Kailey Ryan will soon be the new owner of Repose Yoga. Kailey is a beloved and remarkable yoga instructor and someone who shares many of the values that have made Repose a welcoming home to so many students. In its 18th year, 2026, Repose is like a baby to me, and with this transition comes all sorts of emotions, but I’m thrilled that Kailey will be the person to shepherd Repose into this next phase.
Our change will take effect this summer.
I’m not retiring, I’m just rewiring!
Love, Gin

Questions?
How hot is your studio?Rob Day2023-05-02T10:37:01-04:00
We keep the room temperature at around 70 degrees during the cooler months: warm enough that you won’t feel a chill but not so hot that you’re sweating before class starts. There is no air conditioning but we keep the doors open and use the ceiling fans during the warmer months.
Can I let my friend take a class using my class card?Rob Day2020-07-09T14:48:15-04:00
No. Your class package is restricted to you and cannot be shared.
How often should I come?Rob Day2017-04-20T22:27:42-04:00
Your body will receive the benefits of yoga if you come once a week, but two times a week or more is ideal. The more often you practice, the quicker you will notice progress in your practice.
