These clinics will guide you through an introduction to shoulder and hip structure and function via both lecture and practice. The aim is to clearly define optimal structural function and to provide tools for sustaining a safe, effective, lifelong relationship with skillful movement. If you’re ready to grow your practice, to refine your movement patterns, to observe and address structural imbalances in your body, to increase your understanding of alignment-based principles, and to enjoy a playfully educational approach to yoga, then these clinics are for you!
Appropriate for non-injured yogis of all abilities, including beginners. These clinics are not intended to provide medical advice, and will not diagnose, prescribe, or otherwise address personal injuries.
