A balanced yoga practice promotes a combination of deep hip flexibility with mindful strengthening to ensure the ideal balance of both mobility and stability. In this creative class you’ll experience an overall structural recalibration sourced in increased hip mobility, decreased tension, and overall elevated function. We’ll work with classic yoga poses (asanas), as well as a non-traditional variety of exercises, techniques, poses, and approaches to unlocking—and rebooting—these complex joints. Appropriate for all levels.
