With dynamic movement and strong breathwork, we will awaken the power of Kundalini energy. Then, with mudras and inner locks—or bandhas—we will channel this heightened pranic energy to cultivate inner radiance and elevate consciousness. The practice will conclude with “Meditation for Total Mental Balance,” a Kundalini Yoga breath meditation designed to balance the psyche, aid in recovery from depression and anxiety, and cultivate peace of mind and equanimity in our relationships.
All levels are welcome; beginners and advanced students will receive helpful tips for an effective home practice. If your yoga journey has primarily focused on asana, this session will bring a fresh dimension to your practice.
