offers a supportive environment for all levels of experience. The studio is spacious and relaxing. We are located on the Liberty Street side of the Tannery marketplace, where there is free parking available and an easy stroll to downtown Newburyport.

summer schedule We are offering a new class on Wednesdays at 12:15, Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep). Come in your work clothes, lie down, and Cathy will guide you through a 30-minute meditation. Leave feeling refreshed and realigned! Then on Sundays at 4:30 we are offering a Community Class, led by Caitlin Schwager and Rob DePaolo (rotating) who have recently graduated from yoga teacher training. This class is $5 CASH or use your Repose membership. No venmo or credit cards. Come and support new teachers!

Attending Class
We do not require registration to attend our weekly classes. Please arrive early to class. No electronics allowed in the practice space. If attending a special class or workshop, please pre-register on the Events page.

We keep the room temperature at around 70 degrees during the cooler months: warm enough that you won’t feel a chill but not so hot that you’re sweating before class starts. There is no air conditioning but we keep the doors open and use the ceiling fans during the warmer months.

No. Your class package is restricted to you and cannot be shared.

Your body will receive the benefits of yoga if you come once a week, but two times a week or more is ideal. The more often you practice, the quicker you will notice progress in your practice.
