This 3-class series is accessible to everyone, even if (especially if!) you think your mind is too busy and distracted for meditation. Each class will leave participants with an understanding of basic meditation and breathwork techniques, and a foundation for their own personal practice.

Topics covered will include: meditation basics, concentration and breathwork exercises, and practical tools for staying grounded in this ever-changing world.

Those seeking a welcoming group setting for meditation are encouraged to join regardless of experience level.
