Spring in Chinese Medicine is the season of Wood—a time of renewal, movement, and growth. After the inward stillness of Winter, Spring invites the body and spirit back into expansion.

At the heart of this transition is the Liver, which guides the smooth circulation of Qi. When Liver Qi flows freely, we feel flexible, clear, and responsive. When it stagnates, tension and frustration can arise.

In this workshop, Josh Summers offers a meditative Yin Yoga practice that supports the Wood element physically, energetically, and psycho-spiritually—hydrating fascia, restoring flow, and cultivating healthy boundaries and self-care.

Come prepared to soften rigidity and reconnect with the natural intelligence of Spring.
