offers a welcoming environment for all levels of experience. The studio is spacious with high ceilings, and the instructors are knowledgable, supportive, and creative. 2025 is our 17th year in business! You will find us on the Liberty Street side of the Tannery Marketplace, with lots of free parking out front and a bike rack too!

In this workshop, Josh will guide you through a meditative sequence of Yin Yoga postures designed to: NOURISH the Kidney Qi—the core energy that sustains our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. PURIFY the body’s fascia and interstitium—the deep “waters” through which Qi flows and circulates, supporting every process of life. TRANSFORM our relationship with fear—bolstering resilience, clarity, and trust in our embodied wisdom. While Yin Yoga is often described as “stimulating the meridians,” this workshop goes beyond that simplified story. You’ll discover how Yin Yoga works holistically—hydrating tissues, refining energetic flow, and awakening the psycho-emotional balance that allows us to move through the colder seasons of life with steadiness and grace. We keep the room temperature at around 70 degrees during the cooler months: warm enough that you won’t feel a chill but not so hot that you’re sweating before class starts. There is no air conditioning but we keep the doors open and use the ceiling fans during the warmer months.
No. Your class package is restricted to you and cannot be shared.
Your body will receive the benefits of yoga if you come once a week, but two times a week or more is ideal. The more often you practice, the quicker you will notice progress in your practice.
