Described as the sister science to yoga, the Ayurveda philosophy is a holistic tradition and way of living that encourages us to live a healthy and vibrant life. In this workshop you will receive a beginner overview of this ancient wisdom of life science, with insightful tools to help you feel a greater sense of wellness and harmony with your Self. Enjoy a relaxing yoga flow based upon the concepts you have learned, and bring an open mind and heart for an afternoon of fun. There will be handouts. Pen and paper optional.
