This 3-class series is accessible to everyone, even if (especially if!) you think your mind is too busy and distracted for meditation. Each class will leave participants with an understanding of basic meditation and breathwork techniques, and a foundation for their own personal practice.
Topics covered will include: meditation basics, concentration and breathwork exercises, and practical tools for staying grounded in this ever-changing world.
Those seeking a welcoming group setting for meditation are encouraged to join regardless of experience level.

The By Donation class is an all-levels slow flow class and operates on a sliding scale, different from our regular weekly classes. We ask you pay from $10–$25/class with cash or check. You can also use your membership. Caitlin Schwager and Rob DePaolo will alternate teaching each week. They both offer a space for easeful movement, breath awareness, mental reflection, and physical rest.
Sundays: 4:30–5:30pm

Your body will receive the benefits of yoga if you come once a week, but two times a week or more is ideal. The more often you practice, the quicker you will notice progress in your practice.
No. Your class package is restricted to you and cannot be shared.
We keep the room temperature at around 70 degrees during the cooler months: warm enough that you won’t feel a chill but not so hot that you’re sweating before class starts. There is no air conditioning but we keep the doors open and use the ceiling fans during the warmer months.
